Install the removed parts (techwall panel)

  1. Install the new techwall panel.
    Note:
    The interior panels are sensitive to dirt. Make sure that you use clean gloves to handle the panels.
    Note:
    Lead the spiral cord through the slit in the wall panel.
  2. Install the slit trims.
    Note:
    Make sure that the hammer nut is in the vertical position.
  3. Install the screws to the top ends of the slit trims and at the lower ends of the slit trims, turn the hammer nuts to the horizontal position.
    Note:
    Do not overtighten the screw at the top end of the slit trim.
    Tip:
    Insert the long end of the hex key into the top of the screw and rotate the short end to avoid overtightening.
  4. Place the tabletop onto the table bracket.

  5. Install the tabletop to the table bracket with screws.

  6. Connect the spiral cord to the electrical equipment in the table.

  7. Install the strain relief for the spiral cord.

  8. Install the table bottom felt.
  9. Install the control panel to the techwall.
  10. Connect the power outlet cord to the power unit.

  11. Connect the CAN cord to the power unit.

  12. Close the power unit cover and install the screws.
    Note:
    Make sure that the cords are not pinched or damaged.

  13. Position the glass wall close to the back of the pod so that the hooks on the frame are directly above the slots in the floor.
    Note:
    Make sure that the guide pin at the upper edge of the frame is in place.
  14. Lift the glass wall into place.
  15. Close the latches (6 pcs) and insert the pins (6 pcs) around the glass wall frame.
    Note:
    Support the glass wall until all latches are secured.
  16. Position the front frame with door close to the front of the pod so that the hooks on the frame are directly above the slots in the floor.
    Note:
    Make sure that the guide pin at the upper edge of the frame is in place.
  17. Lift the front frame with door into place.
  18. Close the latches (6 pcs) and insert the pins (6 pcs) around the front frame.
    Note:
    Support the front frame with door until all latches are secured.
  19. Remove the door brace and install the outside door handle.
    Note:
    Make sure that the set screw is at the bottom.
  20. Install the occupancy indicator lights to the pod and connect the cords to the OCC connectors of the control hub.
    Install the occupancy indicator lights to the same corners from which they were removed.
  21. Install the body covers, plastic trims, and fan cover in the reverse order.
  22. Connect the power cord to the power outlet.
    If equipped with the optional LAN, also connect the LAN cord to the outlet.
