Disassemble the necessary parts (techwall panel)

  1. Disconnect the power cord.
    If equipped with the optional LAN, also disconnect the LAN cord from the outlet.
    DANGER:
    Always disconnect the pod from the power outlet before you begin disassembly, maintenance, moving, or any other procedure.

  2. Remove the fan cover.

  3. Remove the plastic trims.
  4. Remove the roof body cover.
  5. Remove the wall body covers.
  6. Remove the front floor body cover.
  7. Remove the back floor body cover.
  8. Remove the door handle from the outside of the door.
    Loosen the set screw to remove the handle.
    Note:
    Do not remove the set screw.
  9. Install the door brace.
    Warning:
    Risk of injury or damage to property. Make sure that the door brace is in place before detaching the front frame with the door.
  10. Disconnect all installed occupancy indicator lights from the control hub and remove them from the pod.
    Note:
    For reassembly, make a note of which corners the lights were removed from.
  11. Lay a carpet on the floor in front of the pod.
    Note:
    The carpet is needed to protect the frame from scratches.
  12. Remove the pins (6 pcs) and open the latches (6 pcs) around the front frame.
    Note:
    Support the frame while opening the latches.
  13. Carefully lower the front frame with door onto the carpet.
    Note:
    Make sure that the guide pin at the upper edge of the frame stays in place.
  14. Lay a carpet on the floor behind the pod.
    Note:
    The carpet is needed to protect the frame from scratches.
  15. Remove the pins (6 pcs) and open the latches (6 pcs) around the glass wall.
    Note:
    Support the glass wall while opening the latches.
  16. Carefully lower the glass wall onto the carpet.
    Note:
    Make sure that the guide pin at the upper edge of the frame stays in place.
  17. Remove the screws from the power unit cover and open the cover.

  18. Disconnect the CAN cord from the power unit.

  19. Disconnect the power outlet cord from the power unit.

  20. Remove the screws from the back of the control panel.

  21. Remove the control panel from the techwall.

  22. Remove the bottom felt from the table.
  23. Disconnect the electrical connections in the table.

  24. Remove the strain relief for the spiral cord.

  25. Remove the screws from under the table.

  26. Remove the table from the bracket.

  27. Remove the screw from the top end of both slit trims and loosen the screw of the hammer nut at the lower end.
    Note:
    Do not remove the screw of the hammer nut. Only loosen it enough to turn the hammer nut vertical.
  28. Remove the slit trims.
  29. Remove the old techwall panel.
