Replace the floor module

  1. Remove the guide pins (4 pcs) from the floor module.
  2. Remove the carpet.

  3. If the pod is equipped with the optional chair and foot rest, remove them from the old floor module and install them to the new one.
    If the pod is not equipped with the optional chair and foot rest, remove the cover plates from the old floor module and install them to the new one.
  4. If the optional wheels are installed to the old floor module, remove them and install them to the new floor module.
  5. Level the new floor module.
    Note: Measure opposite points repeatedly and adjust the leveling feet gradually. Only screw the leveling feet outward, to make sure that they all stay past the optional wheels.
  6. Remove the pins (4 pcs) from the latches and install the guide pins (4 pcs).
