Push the back glasses together
-
Remove the wall body covers from the back of the
pod. Use a plastic chisel.
-
Remove the seal between the back glasses and frames.
Note: Do not remove the seal strips between the back glasses.
-
Tighten the nylon screws (2 pcs each side) on the sides of the back of the pod
with a flat-head screwdriver.
Note: The glass adjustment screws are only for stiffening the glass structure. Tighten the screws until you feel resistance, then loosen half a turn. Do not overtighten.
If the center glass is bulging outwards, the glass adjustment screws have been overtightened. Make sure that the center glass is aligned with the side glasses.
-
Reinstall the seal.
Tip: The seal shrinks over time and it can be difficult to reinstall. If the old seal is not long enough, stretch it to break the thread inside. Breaking the thread will lengthen the seal. Repeat at another point, if needed.Tip: Use glass washing liquid as a lubricant to help install the seal.
