DOOR
Door is leaking sound Pod is not standing straight Leveling the floor
Door does not close by itself Hinges are not loaded Load the hinges
Door does not close properly Pod is not standing straight Leveling the floor
Pod is making a rattling sound when the door is closed Acoustic panels are missing Check that the acoustic panels are installed behind the exterior panels
EXTERIOR PANELS
Exterior panels are not aligned properly Exterior panel or frame gasket is not attached properly Fixing the exterior panels
Bottom exterior panels are not aligned properly Bottom exterior panels are not correctly installed Fixing the exterior panels
ELECTRICS
No electricity in the pod Pod power cord is not connected Check that the pod power cord is connected to a working power outlet
Pod power cord is connected to a faulty power outlet Connect the pod power cord to another power outlet
24V cable is not connected to the power unit or core unit Check the connection between power unit and core unit (4.0)
No electricity in the power outlet inside the pod Power outlet cable is loose or not connected Check the power outlet cord connection to power unit
Lights are not working Light cable is not connected to the core unit Check that the light cable (3.1) is connected to the core unit
Fan is not working Fan cable is not connected to the core unit Check that the fan cable (2.0) is connected to the core unit
Fan is too loud Framery office sound masking system (FOSMS) is set too high Adjust the FOSMS settings from the touchscreen
Touchscreen is not working (black screen) HDMI cable is not connected to the touchscreen Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the touchscreen and core unit
Touchscreen is not responsive HDMI cable might be faulty Test with a new HDMI cable, if this does not help, contact Framery support
Occupancy lights are not working Cables are not connected Check that the occupancy light cables (10.1 / 10.2) are connected to the core unit
USB-C port is not working Cables are not connected Check the USB-C cable connections
Touchscreen / lights / fan not working as expected Wrong pod type selected Change the pod type
FURNITURE & INTERIOR
Table is loose Table is not tightened properly Tighten the table screws
Seat is loose Seat is not tightened properly Tighten the seat screws
Ceiling light is hanging or not aligned properly The cables were left between the light and the ceiling Reinstall the ceiling light
