Disassemble the necessary parts (floor/casters replacement)

Disconnect the power cord.
If equipped with the optional LAN, also disconnect the LAN cord from the outlet.DANGER:Always disconnect the pod from the power outlet before you begin disassembly, maintenance, moving, or any other procedure.

Remove the fan cover.

Remove the plastic trims.

Remove the roof body cover.

Remove the wall body covers.

Remove the front floor body cover.

Remove the back floor body cover.

Remove the door handle from the outside of the door.
Loosen the set screw to remove the handle.Note:Do not remove the set screw.

Install the door brace.
Warning:Risk of injury or damage to property. Make sure that the door brace is in place before removing the front frame with the door.

Disconnect all installed occupancy indicator lights from the control hub and
remove them from the pod.
Note:For reassembly, make a note of which corners the lights were removed from.

Lay a carpet on the floor in front of the pod.
Note:The carpet is needed to protect the frame from scratches.
-
Remove the pins (6 pcs) and open the latches (6pcs) around the front
frame.
Note:Support the frame in place while opening the latches.
-
Carefully lower the front frame with door onto the carpet.
Note:Make sure the guide pin stays in place at the upper edge of the frame.
-
Lay a carpet on the floor behind the pod.
Note:The carpet is needed to protect the frame from scratches.
-
Remove the pins (6 pcs) and open the latches (6pcs) around the glass
wall.
Note:Support the glass wall in place while opening the latches.
-
Carefully lower the glass wall onto the carpet.
Note:Make sure the guide pin stays in place at the upper edge of the frame.
-
Disconnect the fan cords from the control hub.
-
Disconnect the long CAN cord from the control hub and lead it out of the way
down to the power unit.
-
Remove the light with the control hub from the ceiling.
-
Remove the screws from the power unit cover and open the cover.

Disconnect the CAN cord from the power unit.

Disconnect the power outlet cord from the power unit.

Remove the screws from the back of the control panel.

Remove the control panel from the tech wall.

Remove the bottom felt from the table.

Disconnect the electrical connections in the table.

Remove the strain relief for the spiral cord.

Remove the screws from under the table.

Remove the table from the bracket.

Remove the screw from the top end of both slit trims and loosen the screw of
the hammer nut at the lower end.
Note:Do not remove the screw of the hammer nut. Only loosen it enough to turn the hammer nut vertical.

Remove the slit trims.

Remove the techwall panel.
Note:The interior panels are sensitive to dirt. Make sure that you use clean gloves to handle the panels and store them in a clean place.

Remove the coat hook from the blank wall.
Loosen the set screw to remove the coat hook.Note:Do not remove the set screw.

Remove the blank wall panel.
Note:The interior panels are sensitive to dirt. Make sure that you use clean gloves to handle the panels and store them in a clean place.

Remove the ceiling panel.
Note:The interior panels are sensitive to dirt. Make sure that you use clean gloves to handle the panels and store them in a clean place.

Assemble the roof lifting support.
-
Remove the pins and open the latches at the roof and wall junctions.
Note:If the power cord has been installed to the roof, make sure to disconnect the main power cord from the internal power cord. Make sure the cords are neatly out of the way before lifting the roof.

Use the roof lifting support to lift the roof off the walls.
Note:Make sure that the guide pins (2 pcs each) at the upper edges of the walls stay in place.
- Remove the guide pins (2 pcs each) from the tops of the walls.
- If the power cord is installed from the floor level, remove the strain relief from the floor module.
-
Make sure that the electrical equipment is secure and all electrical cords are
neatly out of the way.
Use electrical tape or cable ties to keep the cords in order.

Remove the pins (2 pcs) and open the latches (2 pcs) at the junction of the
techwall and the floor.
Note:Support the wall until removed.

Remove the techwall.
Note:Make sure that the electrical equipment are not scratched or damaged.

Remove the pins (2 pcs) and open the latches (2 pcs) at the junction of the
blank wall and the floor.
Note:Support the wall until removed.
- Remove the blank wall.
