| ELECTRICS | ||
| The presence sensor does not work | Cables are blocking the core unit | Install the cables properly |
| No electricity in the pod | Pod power cord is not connected | Check that the pod power cord is connected to a working power outlet |
| Pod power cord is connected to a faulty power outlet | Connect the pod power cord to another power outlet | |
| Internal power cord connections are loose | Check the power cord connection to power unit | |
| 24V cable is not connected to the power unit | Connect the 24V cable to the power unit | |
| No electricity in the power outlet inside the pod | Cable connections are loose or not connected | Check the connections in the power unit and table |
| Touchscreen is not working (black screen) | HDMI cable is not connected to the touchscreen | Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the touchscreen and core unit and reboot the pod |
| Touchscreen is not responsive | HDMI cable might be faulty | Test with a new HDMI cable, if this does not help, contact Framery support |

| Table is wobbly | Table screws are not tightened properly | Tighten the table screws |
| Light is hanging | Cables are obstructing the light base | Reinstall the lights |
| EXTERIOR | ||
| The occupancy lights are not flush | Occupancy lights installed incorrectly | Reinstall the occupancy lights |
| Roof exterior panels do not fit | Speaker cutout is not removed from the panel | Cut the panel |
| Bottom exterior panels are bulging / sagging | Panels are not on top of the plastic holders | Install the panels correctly |
