DOOR
Door is leaking sound Door is sagging Straighten the door
A gap between the door and threshold Straighten the door
Lock latch is stuck Lock latch screws are fastened too tight Loosen the handle screws
Door does not close properly Door is not adjusted Straighten the door
Uneven office floor Check the floor level and move the pod to a new location
Threshold is installed the wrong way around Reinstall the threshold correctly
Door blocks the pathway Door closing speed is not adjusted Adjust the door closing speed
After handedness is changed, the door does not close Lock latch is not flipped Flip the lock latch
SOUND INSULATION
Pod is leaking sound A gap between the back glasses Check that the back glass screws are installed and tightened
The upper door gasket is not installed Install the upper door gasket
Back or side glass gaskets are not installed or installed wrongly Check gasket installation
Exterior panels are not tightened Check that the exterior panels are installed properly
Acoustic panels are not installed Check that all the acoustic panels are installed
Door is leaking sound Door is sagging Straighten the door
A gap between the door and threshold Straighten the door
ELECTRICS
The presence sensor does not work Exterior tablet cable is blocking the core unit Install the exterior tablet cable properly
No electricity in the pod Pod power cord is not connected Check that the pod power cord is connected to a working power outlet
Pod power cord is connected to a faulty power outlet Connect the pod power cord to another power outlet
Internal power cord is not connected to the power unit Check that the power cord is connected to the power unit
24V cable is not connected to the power unit Check the connection to the power unit
No electricity in the power outlet inside the pod Cable connections are loose or not connected Check the connections in the power unit and under the table
Touchscreen is not responsive or screen is fully black HDMI cable is not connected to the touchscreen or core unit Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the touchscreen / core unit and power cycle the pod
Lights are not working Cables are not connected to the core unit Check the connections in the core unit (3.1, 3.2 & 4.0)

The presence sensor does not work properly
Cables are blocking the core unit

Check that cables are not blocking the core unit
Fan is not working Roof modules are not connected to each other with the cable Connect the roof module cable properly
Occupancy lights are not working Cables are not connected to roof modules Check that the occupancy light cables are connected to the roof modules
Cables are not connected to the core unit Check the connections in the core unit (10.1 & 10.2)
FURNITURE & INTERIOR
Table is wobbly Table or table leg screws are not tightened properly Tighten the table and table leg screws
Table leveling foot is not adjusted Adjust the table leveling foot
Monitor arm is wobbly Monitor arm screws are not properly tightened Tighten the monitor arm screws
EXTERIOR PANELS
Exterior panels are not aligned properly Inconsistent tightening and / or incorrect installation of the exterior panels Make sure that all exterior panel screws are correctly tightened and the panels are properly in place
