Troubleshooting
If you cannot find a solution in the troubleshooting table, contact Framery support.

| Door does not close by itself | Floor is not leveled | Level the floor |
| EXTERIOR PANELS | ||
| Exterior panels are not aligned properly | Roof module is not properly installed | Reinstall the roof module correctly |
| Exterior panels could not be installed correctly | Roof module is not properly installed | Reinstall the roof module correctly |
| ELECTRICS | ||
| No electricity in the pod | Pod power cord is not connected | Check that the pod power cord is connected to a working power outlet |
| Pod power cord is connected to a faulty power outlet | Connect the pod power cord to another power outlet | |
| 24V cable is not connected to the power unit or core unit | Check the connection between the power unit and core unit (4.0) | |
| No electricity in the power outlet inside the pod | Power outlet cable is loose or not connected | Check the power outlet cord connection to power unit |
| Ceiling lights are not working | Light cable is not connected to the light or core unit | Check that the light cable is connected to the ceiling light, verify that the cable is not loose from the core unit |
| Fan is not working | Fan cable is not connected to the core unit | Check that the fan cable (2.0) is connected to the core unit |
| Touchscreen is not working (black screen) | HDMI cable is not connected to the touchscreen | Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the touchscreen |
| Touchscreen is not responsive | HDMI cable might be faulty | Test with a new HDMI cable, if this does not help, contact Framery support |
| Touchscreen is not working (backlight on/grey screen) | Not all wiring harness connections are connected | Check wiring harness connections, especially ceiling lights |
| Occupancy lights are not working | Cables are not connected | Check that the occupancy light cables are connected to the roof module |
| USB-C port is not working | Cables are not connected or USB-C cable is faulty | Test with another USB-C cable. If this does not help, verify cable connections |
| FURNITURE & INTERIOR | ||
| Table is loose | Table is not tightened properly | Tighten the table screws |
| Seat is loose | Seat is not tightened properly | Tighten the seat screws |
| Interior panels are loose or sticking out from the corners | Poor alignment during installation or gradual displacement over time | Adjust the panel by sliding it until it settles into the correct position |
| Touchscreen does not stay attached to the bracket | Incorrect orientation of the touchscreen bracket | Verify the orientation of the touchscreen bracket |
